Insulfleece
 Insulfleece™ is Australia’s most thoroughly tested and proven New Australian Wool Insulation.
It is supplied in rolls designed to fit snugly between ceiling or floor joists and wall studs. It is treated at scour stage to resist moth, mildew and fire with an environmentally friendly retardant and tested by NATA registered labs, the CSIRO and AWTA.

Insulfleece™ has superior acoustic absorption properties.
With increased inter-office, inter-apartment, aircraft and traffic noise, it is comforting to know that wool is acoustically superior to other forms of insulation. Sound transmission loss tests conducted at the National Acoustics Laboratories* showed wool to be twice as effective as polyester.
In extreme cases Peace & Quiet can combine Insulfleece and NoiseBar with an acoustic barrier in both ceilings and walls to achieve the most cost effective solution to your noise problems.

Renewable Resource
Wool is a safe renewable resource, a natural fibre, non allergenic and non toxic. Wool absorbs vapour to provide superior comfort in hot and cold weather. CSIRO Division of Building, Construction and Engineering and James Cook University have tests to show that peak temperatures in small buildings insulated with wool would be up to 6° Celsius lower for wool than for man made insulation. A key benefit of Insulfleece is its noise absorption properties. Sound transmission loss tests conducted at the National Acoustic Laboratories with Insulfleece and 6kg acoustic barrier suggested wool is twice as effective as polyester.
